How to Report a Claim
If you need to report a claim during our regular office hours of Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, please call our main line at 604-689-2441 in order to be connected with your broker.
If you need to report a claim outside of our regular business hours please call our ‘After Hours Emergency Claims Line’, operated by Tigertel, at 604-231-4545.
